Scope of works:

one mid century dining table:

- full strip, sand and osmo oil wax finish X 2 coats

Dining chair bases X 6:

- full strip, sand and osmo oil wax finish X 2 coats

Nest of 3 avalon tables:

- full strip, sand and osmo oil wax finish X 2 coats

 TBC assume light restoration on the sides and priced accordingly at this stage otherwise add $600

One bar unit avalon:

- TBC assume light restoration and priced accordingly at this stage otherwise add $900

Time to complete & deliver:

- best case 4 weeks

- worst case 12 weeks

- most likely 6 weeks

Out of scope:

- no major structural work like exsting big cracks or missing timber

- missing glass on bar unit add circa $100 tbc on how many are missing 

T&C:

There is a small risk that veneer may be too thin (usually depends on age, timber used from manufacturer and wear). It is our best intention not to go through any veneer however there is a risk that this may occur and if so we will fill in with puddy or wax as required if this occurs and blend it in as best as possible

Even with a full restoration on the side profiles of the avalons will show areas of previous stains due to curves of timber absorbing lots of previous oils etc (refer to long coffee table Avalon that has been fully restored)

Light restoration = timber will come out slightly darker
