Frame/wood: 8/10 has been restored fully with several full sands and oil wax for finishing. There are minor scratches and marks throughout (any major chips have been filled in with putty) but hardly noticeable (refer to pics and videos)
Cushions & Upholstery: 8/10: brand new foam, fabric & upholstery etc Although the leather is brand new and authentic top grain Italian leather the upholstery to make these chairs was very difficult, we are very picky so its not 100% perfect to the naked eye there are very slight imperfections (note: very hardly noticeable)

Functional Condition:
9/10
Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood. No cracks sturdy and strong, these are super comfy if you like a med to firm sit
