Design of custom made Mid Century Dining Table

Purpose:

The purpose of this item is to provide the customer two x 3d model drawings that will allow them to visualise their product (dining table) which includes dimensions, visual representation of the item that will fit into their area (dining space). This is 1.1 in the design phase.

1. Design phase:
   1. Two x 3D drawings (this order)
   2. Customer to confirm measurements (tape on floor in room and/or VR feature)
   3. Next steps email with new link (Commitment of order)
   4. 1st payment milestone of order (33%)
2. Delivery Phase:
   1. Construction including minor revisions
   2. Updates during construction (photos and videos will be added to next steps link)
   3. Photos, videos, and customer approval
   4. 2nd payment milestone of order (33%
3. Close phase:
   1. Wrap up and secure
   2. Courier pickup and deliver 
   3. On site installation (option for George to attend)

Scope of works (Design Phase, 1.1 - Two x 3D drawings) 

1. Two models - full 3d 360 degree model (see attached to Papilo chair as an example) that will allow customer to visualise the dining table and can use the VR feature on their phone to have a 1-1 scale in their space
2. As above + with 14 carver dining chairs by TH brown to match the table
3. Static (fixed) screenshots of dimensions of the dining table, this will include length, width, height
   1. also including more micro dimensions including height to top of table, height to bottom of the table top, thickness of cigar legs from top to bottom, space between each chairs, space between 4 legs, configuration of chairs to table
4. list of timber and finishes
5. Others as all parties see fit (within reason eg. no flower vase, cutlery, plates, bowls etc)

Vintage Luxury will be work with cabinet maker, 3d modeller and customer to lock down scope whilst allowing for some flexibility in the Delivery phase.

Timeline:

This will take approximately 4 hours (Fixed price) effort of time between all parties, including several revisions between all parties. We are estimating up to 2 weeks duration (mid december) to complete the design phase once payment has been made.

Cost:

This cost is only with regards to the design phase that is 2 x 3d drawings with measurements excludes any other cost which will be articulated in 1.3 Next Steps email

Customer depencies (on timeline):

• provide a 3d model of one of the TH brown chairs (or ship to Melbourne)
• respond to enquiries in a timely manner e.g measurements
• attend any video calls as required
