Parker lip sideboard modular bedside tables genuine restored MCM 1960s
A genuine 1960s Parker bedsides tables (x2) can be used as a sideboard as we have seen with others before. The original use of these bedside tables is a dresser table (in between the two bedside tables there is a mirror) however we have restored these as best as possible to either suite 2 x bedside tables or modiular perfect maching sideboard. Has beautiful colors/mix of gold and brown throughout, featuring a solid teak wood (no rips or tears), and fully restored wood grain sanded and oil waxed several times for longer durability.
This rare and beautiful piece is part of the Parker range from the 1960s. Genuine Parker furniture is getting rarer by the day get yourself a piece of Australian history. An excellent addition to any Collector's living area.
Overall Condition:
Very good condition for its age from the 60s there are some scratches on each of the sides where the mirror was bolted on however has been restored with several sands, and oil wax and has come up beautifully refer to pictures. If you are using both of these as a sideboard the two sides where the fills have been used will not show as they are on the inside, however if you are using them as separate piece you will see signs of restored work hence the rating as a 7. If you are using them as a sideboard the condition is a 8/10
Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood, drawers open and close freely, the legs are stable and have been glued and restored for extra stability
