- legs and base of the table to be stripped back and varnished or re- painted (strip, sand and either:

paint

stain or

natural finish osmo/shellac

Out of scope:

- no major structural work like exsting big cracks

- no installation of table top 

T&C:

We don't know the max weight that the legs/frame can support & we will advise of max weight to ensure that any table top installed can support the weight. We may put a couple of extra beams/brackets to support this, but we hold no responsibility for making these adjustments especially if there is large load bearing on the top - but will remodel it as best we can to support 200kgs

There is a small risk that the timber frame may turn out much darker after the paint stripping, this is due to any previous chemicals/finishes that may have been used in the previous paints and/or primers (usually acid based finishes which is rare). Although this is a small risk and we've only seen it happen once VL cannot be held responsible for this and is accepted by the client.
