Restoration of single Eames chair with ottoman by NSU Australian 1960s

Scope of works:
Full Restoration (Gold Service) on the timber frame 
1. Single nsu Eames armchair with matching ottoman

2. Full removal all existing lacquer, stain or oil that is present on each area of timber. This includes all timber facing sides and trimming (sides and trim around the edges) and legs (chrome or aluminium will be hand polished with cream and light steel wool to remove any rust, grime or dirt.

4. Finish - 2 coats of osmo satin clear or shellac (semi gloss)...natural timbers of teak or blackwood will show refer to our website for previous NSU Eames chair restoration. This may include different timbers or course between legs, trimming and veneer but roughly a teak or light brown colour throughout -  we will show you a sample area of both finishes to choose from before we do the whole chair

5. Full new leather and upholstery in black Italia soft leather

7. Fix broken or missing shock mount onto frames and secure back, fix underside timber on chair (smoothen out like orignal - may show areas of flat epoxy tbc but will colour/tint in

Out of scope:

5. Major structural work e.g frame or legs are loose, not working or damaged. Full inspection will be carried out on arrival to ensure that structural joints, etc is in tact. 

6. Any other areas that is not visible eg inside underneath cushions or frame
