A beautiful unique dining suite extendable dining table with 6 ladder back matching chairs. The table design is slighly convex on top with lovely legs and side profile. Accompanying the “surfboard” table top is 6 low rider chairs (refer to measurements) as they sit low, and are for lighter weight or smaller sized families people (we wouldn’t recommend this dining suite for people taller than 5ft9 or 176cm). The lovely ladder back style chairs are a thing of beauty with their unique Niels K style. The table went through a full restoration all joints glued, wood sanded and oil wax several times, whereas the chairs went through a light restoration which included a light sand, oil and wax. The fabric is amazing by Zepel fabrics (in fibreguard technology) Mingle Mangle Terra prodominately in orange with hints of red, yellow, white and beige. Alternatively you can chose your own fabric from Zepel or Warwick ranges (price excludes new fabric and upholstery). We believe this is possibly rare (stamp is Scope Furniture made in Port Melbourne…ironically, in 50 or 60s) as we have not seen this type/manufacturer previously albeit not one of the more renown makers or mass produced like Parker, Chiswell, Fler dining suites

This has been fully restored sanded several times of different grits, in between several layers of oil based wax for longer durable wear. Please note that all gaps filled will show areas of difference between wood grain and puddy, however these are only noticeable on close inspection and blends in nicely with oil and wax color. There is a very faint scratch (refer to wesbite pic) on the table -> didnt want to test how thin the veneer was on this make.

Functional Condition:

Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood or legs on chairs or table. All chairs have been fitted with plastic sliders on the bottom of each leg
